1. Digital Delivery

Novatrix Software provides digital software development services, digital design assets, and SaaS products. We do not ship physical products.

2. Delivery Methods

Deliverables will be transmitted to the client via secure digital methods. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Code repository transfers (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Deployment directly to client-owned server environments (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Secure cloud storage links for design assets (e.g., Google Drive, Figma).
• Email delivery of software credentials and documentation.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are highly dependent on the scope of the project. A detailed timeline and milestone schedule will be outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement before the project begins.

4. Acceptance of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the software, code, or assets have been transferred to your control or deployed to your live/production environment as agreed upon in the SOW.
