Refund Policy

  1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of custom software development and digital services, our refund policy is structured around project milestones.

Deposits: Initial deposits required to commence work (typically 30-50% of the total project cost) are non-refundable once discovery or development work has begun.

Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the approval of specific project milestones (e.g., design approval, beta launch) are non-refundable.

  1. Retainers and Subscriptions

For our Monthly Maintenance & Support services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

If Bots Design fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to our own internal constraints, a partial or full refund may be negotiated at the sole discretion of Bots Design management.
